Declaration of Land Patent Notice

This notice was publicly posted to this web site at approximately 5:45 PM Eastern Time Zone on June 11, 2024 and will remain publicly available for a minimum of 60 days. Certified copies of all documents are in my possession, including each and every land transfer from the original land patent in 1837 to all heirs and assigns as listed on the summary of chain of title.

This Notice is to inform any person who has lawful standing to view this file of certified documents and who wishes to review the complete file on record may do so by written request for an appointment with Donald A. Hudock, PO Box 285, Brighton Michigan.

i, Donald A. Hudock will set the time, date and place for the review of my documents, no exceptions.

Notice# 2

i, Donald A. Hudock have the certified copies of every item listed on the summary of the chain of title, which is included in this file.

NOTICE:
Failure of any lawful party claiming an interest to bring forward a lawful challenge to the Certifie of Acceptance of Declaration of Land Patent and the benefit of Original Land Grant/Patent, as stipulated herein, will be lached and estoppel to any and all parties claiming an interest forever.

Failure to make a lawful claim, as indicated herein, within sixty (60) calendar days of this notice, will forever bar any claimant from any claim against my allodial patent estate as described herein and will be a Final Judgement.
